In this study, literature reviews and questionnaires were the methods used to accomplish the above purposes . The subjects were 1060 students in fifth grade from twelve various elementary schools located in Taipei county. The instruments, which were developed by the researcher, included " The Students’ Perceptions of Teacher Leadership Scale " , and " The Student Alienation Scale ". Data were analyzed by using the methods of statistics, including Pearson’s product-moment correlations , one-way ANOVA, and multiple stepwise regression analyses. The major findings were listed below: 1. Teachers in Elementary schools often perform transformational leadership and transactional leadership in leading students in the classes. The performance is different according to various backgrounds on the part of teachers and students. 2. Students’ attitude towards classroom tends to be positive different. The attitude is different according to various backgrounds on the part of teachers and the gender of students. 3. There is no obvious difference between the student alienation and family factors. 4. There are negative relationships between teacher leadership and student alienation. 5. Teacher leadership has influence on student alienation. The prediction power is above 7.6%~17.3% Based on the results, the researcher tried to make some suggestions for elementary school teachers, and the future researcher. 孫志麟 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 144 zh-TW
