By using Multiple Regression Analysis, this study was concentrated in analyzing economic indicators, poverty indicators, and educational indicators for the middle and low developing countries in 1997. There are seven hypothesis be tested in this study and has reached the following results : first, by using the Multiple Regression Analysis, the relationships between the education indicators and economic indicators as well as poverty indicators are positive significantly. Second, the study will classify country’s pattern based on educational indicators, economic indicator, and poverty indicators. We can cluster those 110 countries into three groups by classifying to ten indicators, that is, 77 in high, 25 in middle, and 8 in low developing countries, however, these countries are 84.5% exactly classified by these ten indicators. Moreover, according to the results of this study, some policies were given to eliminate the poverty for poverty countries. The final target is to reach the average well-being.
