| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立台北師範學院 === 教育政策與管理研究所 === 92 === The purpose of this research was to learn viewpoints of elementary and secondary schools'' educational personnel and local educational administrators with respect to feasibility of the local supervisor certification system, for the reference of the education authority, thereby facilitating implementation of the local supervisor certification system.
This research was undertaken by way of questionnaires, and samples from elementary and secondary schools'' educational personnel and local educational administrators in Taipei County, Taipei City, and Keelung were taken. 360 effective questionnaires among 369 questionnaires in total were recycled and were processed by the Frequency Distribution, One-Way ANOVA, χ2 test and scheffe´ method. The following conclusions are reached.
1. A local supervisor shall be categorized on the basis of his/her job;
2. Qualification of a local supervisor shall depend on relevant education background;
3. Issue of the certificate of a local supervisor shall be centralized;
4. Periodical renew of the certificate is necessary;
5. A local supervisor shall be subject to professional training and practices supported by the Ministry of Education;
6. Enforcement of the local supervisor certification system in Taiwan matures; and
In view of the above conclusions, suggestions for the education administrative authority, supervisors, and future researches, respectively, are set forth as follows.
I. Suggestions for the Education Administrative Authority
1. Legislation of supervision related law;
2. Centralization of the local supervisor certification system;
3. Revision of qualification of a local supervisor;
4. Establishment of study system for supervisors;
5. Promulgation of associated measurements; and
6. Entrust the related follow-up researches.
II. Suggestions for Supervisors
1. Self-recognized and responsible;
2. Be professional.
3. Ready for the certification.
III. Suggestions for future researches
1. Research Objects: Researches shall be conducted with respect to nation-wide local supervisors, students'' parents, scholars, and so on. Also, researches shall be carried out in respective areas.
2. Research Means: Various subjects shall be individually performed and integrated into a macroscopic result.
3. Research Contents: Further research on the remarkable discrepancy of the certification system is recommended.
