Hopefully, we will get an indication for satisfaction about their jobs as a reference through this research. During the research we referred many references, and set up a research system based on the management flow at presence. We designed questionnaires and did the survey by ourselves. We collected 150 legitimate questionnaires. We assorted our questionnaires through statistics analysis and interviews with school administrators and janitors. And we found out the facts as following: (Ⅰ) The working satisfaction of janitors in Keelung is lower than other area. If we put the dissatisfaction into orders then we can find out the lowest one is relationship, then the leadership, social status, working environment, work itself, and the welfare. However the promotion evaluation system gets higher satisfaction. (Ⅱ)The satisfaction varied by different backgrounds in keelung elementary schools. Firstly, the satisfaction is varied obviously by gender, leadership, and publishes relationship. And female janitors were more satisfied with the management leadership and personal relationships. Secondly, the satisfaction of janitors is varied obviously by superiors’ leadership, public relationship, and welfare. Those employees age 41-50 reported being more satisfied than others with the management’s leadership and personal relationships. While those janitors age 31-40 report being more satisfied with salary and benefits. Thirdly, janitors at primary schools in Keelung reveal the irrelevant to your longevity and the working satisfaction, seniority seems to play more in satisfaction. Fourthly, talk to the working satisfaction, janitors and technicians at primary schools in Keelung have the different feeling toward their satisfaction of working environment, and technicians’ satisfaction higher than janitors. Fifthly, the marital condition of janitors at primary schools in Keelung have no influence to the various aspects except the obviously dissatisfaction to the promotion evaluation system. The research shows married janitors to be more satisfied with the policy relate to promotion. Sixthly, janitors and mechanic at primary schools in Keelung show that there are no contingency between their level of education and the working satisfaction. Seventhly, janitors and mechanic at primary schools in Keelung have the different level about their working satisfaction and the numbers of classes under the aspect of leadership and public relationship. Those janitors responsible for 27- 40 classrooms were most satisfied. (Ⅲ) We found out some facts in the analyzed open-ended questions: most of the interviewee think that the trouble management of the janitors is basically due to the negative attitude to the unfair work assignments and they also lack of the identification to their work. Thus this research hopes that the result of our analysis can do a great help to the janitors about their working management and the further related research.
