Summary: | 碩士 === 國立台北師範學院 === 教育政策與管理研究所 === 92 === The first purpose of this research is to understand the representative factors of influence on educational expenditure in primary, secondary, and tertiary educational expenditure as percentage of total. The second is to detect the features of different countries in their developed educational expenditure.
This research adopts the gross national product per capita, average of annual percentage of gross domestic product per capita, average of annual population growth rate and public expenditure on education as percentage of GNP, gross enrolment ratio in primary education, gross enrolment ratio in secondary education and gross enrolment ratio in tertiary education to explore the relation to educational expenditure in primary, secondary, and tertiary education with Multiple Regression Analysis.
By using the Cluster Analysis, there are ten indicators used to categorize 31 countries into three groups, which are high-developed(10 countries), middle-developed(10 countries), low-developed(11 countries), and Taiwan is belong to the group of middle-developed countries. By using Discriminant Analysis to reclassify the countries can make 100% of the countries being correctly classified.
Using One-Way ANOVA to test the differences of ten variables between the three groups, to comprehend the divergent features of each group. This research will put suggestions forward for policy, low-developed countries, and follow-up researches.
