The current school inspectors of Taiwan region were invited for this questionnaire survey. To aim directly at the questions of this research, besides exploring related documents, the major instrument used for data collection in this research included a questionnaire survey in order to verify the hypothesis and explain the result of this research. According to the analytic results and data, the research offers suggestions for educational administrative authorities、school inspectors for dealing with related affairs.   The process of the research referred to related documents and built up the theoretical structure and implement investigate- of 「questionnaire survey of school inspectors’ working pressure and working satisfaction of Taiwan region」.The research received 70 copies, the effective rate is 65%. The data statistic analysis included SPSS 10.0 for windows Chinese version、version allocation of number of time and t-test、Pearson’s product-moment correlation、stepwise regression、single element variables analysis and induce the major research finding from the analytic result of questionnaire survey. The research obtained conclusion from documents exploration and interview after a synthetic discussion was held, and offered some concrete suggestions to educational administrative organization、school inspectors and future research. The research obtained conclusions as follow: 1. Generally speaking, the level of 「working pressure」of school inspectors of Taiwan region was not high, and the stress feeling of 「communication and coordination」was the highest among the four facets. 2. In general, the school inspectors of Taiwan region satisfied with 「working satisfactory」, and in each facet they satisfied with 「upgrade opportunities」the most. 3. The school inspectors’ working pressure of Taiwan region with different background variables which showed 「partly」remarkable discrepancy ; the different age and educational background of the school inspectors of Taiwan region felt「working pressure」which showed remarkable discrepancy, and others with different background variables indicated normal. 4. The school inspectors’ working satisfaction of Taiwan region with different background variables which showed 「partly」remarkable discrepancy ; the different age and educational background of the school inspectors of Taiwan region felt「working satisfaction」which showed remarkable discrepancy, and others with different background variables indicated normal. 5. The school inspectors of Taiwan region’s「working pressure」 and 「working satisfaction」presented a negative relationship in general;and in each facet presented a negative relationship 「partly」. 【Key words】 working pressure、working satisfaction 林文律 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW
