We delve into the adaptive fuzzy control related research of the system and the design of the controller apply in the nonlinear system having with the uncertainty. In this thesis the so-called adaptive fuzzy control system, means adapting to control the approaching of the inner part approximate system structure. The architecture of the inner part of the adapting system is based on the fuzzy basis function network. We follow the theory of best approximation. Via the dynamic of error equation, we choose the suitable Lyapunov function, deduct the adaptive control mechanism and the parameter updating rule. In comply with adjusting the parameter of the universal fuzzy approximator, we go through the training. The application to the control appears in the following known example like automobile speed control and the ball and beam system, the computer simulation result reveals that all can reach very good control performance.
