Synchronized phasor measurements have been proven useful for many control and monitoring applications in power system. The main purpose of this thesis is to study the power system low frequency oscillation and installs analysis design process the power system stable controller, and consideration use Synchronized Phasor Measurement Units of the Power System Stabilizer reality serves the question which possibly produces:installs the place, the signal transfer detention with delay the signal effect to influence the power system stability. In this research, the maxima of the load capacity area for the best installing with the remote signal measurement place and the time delay phenomenon increases the new mode about of time delay, causes the system to tend to the vibration.
