碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 食品科學系 === 92 === A computerized slaughtering and meat processing facilities auditing system was developed to facilitate governmental official agents performing routine oversea plant audit. The system includes a PDA based sanitary and safety checklists that compliant with GHP and HACCP requirements and provides for on-site audit mission, as well as a PC based data bank that stores, retrieves, and sorts all the auditing records. This system was developed by Visual Basic.NET which provides easier language and tool for rapidly building applications. All auditing records are stored and transmitted in the form of XML .Converting the data to XML greatly reduce this complexity and create data that can be read by many different types of applications. There are two major parts in the system. The PDA part is used for on-site audit. As for the Notebook part, it is used for connecting and follow-up edition, from adding photo hyperlinks to producing reports According to original paper checklists, a new assortment method is developed. It contains on-site audit and documentation review, which are assorted into nine items and twenty-eight sub items. It helps inexperienced auditors understand clauses necessary for auditing. The new audit system improves audit process efficiency. The new system also cans hyperlink photos as supplementary explanations, eliminating misunderstandings between auditors and inspection committees. Through this system, unnecessary paper records can be reduced and help to store and search information easier.
