The Global Logistics System types in international level are classified three modes for Transshipment , Initial re-export and Deep re-export. First, we used simple Analysis of Related System(SARS) to analysis important indexs in three Global logistics types. Furthermore, the study uses the Quantification SWOT Model to analysis the competitive position in Asia-pacific regional on ten allocations .(1)Transshipment competitive position:The position of SO are Singapore, Hong kong and Kaohsiung; The position of WO are Shanghai and Pusan; The position of WT are Kee-lung ,Taipei, Taichung and Okinawa; The position of ST are ShenZhen. (2) Initial re-export competitive position:The position of SO are Singapore, Hong kong and Kaohsiung; The position of WO are Shanghai and Pusan; The position of WT are ShenZhen ,Kee-lung ,Taipei,Taichung and Okinawa. (3) Deep re-export competitive position:The position of SO are Singapore, Pusan and Kaohsiung; The position of WO are Hong kong; The position of WT are ShenZhen ,Kee-lung ,Taipei,Taichung and Okinawa. The position of ST are Shanghai. Second, to analysis The allocations Of Taiwan’s Global Logistics Management in three types . Kee-lung port(allocation):Three types of Global Logistics Management are in WT competitive position , Taipei port(allocation):Three types of Global Logistics Management are in WT competitive position , Taichung port(allocation):Three types of Global Logistics Management are in WT competitive position , Kaohsiung port(allocation):Three types of Global Logistics Management are in SO competitive position. Final, using the Grand Strategy Matrix match with the competitive position of the Quantification SWOT Model to Grinds the strategy concept on Kee-lung ,Taipei, Taichung and Kaohsiung. The results can provide the reference for government to the development of the Global Logistics Management action plans.
