Abstract
The study was to explore outside school renters’ safety and guidance. The literature reviews, dorm guidance theory bases, safety considerations for rent and related studies of affecting renters’ safety of outside school for guidance jobs of the exploration starting point. After that, the researcher would analyze that college students’ houses rental would value safety and lack of safe content. Then the research tried to explore the desired issues in order to become the research frame. By using research subject of “background variables” for dependent variables. By using “value level of safety for anxiety”, “lack safety for current situation”, for independent variables for all research methods. Adopting these variables to design questions (about students’ house rental in difference, prediction, distinguishable ability and trend distribution of “safety and lack of safety consideration”), it would offer specific suggestion by the research results in order to enhance my school outside school renters’ safety guidance job and effect for other college students’ references.
The results of synthetic research were the followings : 1.The renters’ value degrees of “safety consideration” in house rental was high in house owners’ service management. The practical conditions were highest in roommate. Value degree and practical condition were significant differences. And “Value degree” was higher than “practical condition”. 2. The renters’ “lack of safety for rent” was people’s disasters. But practical condition was the combined disasters. 3. The renters’ house rental “safety consideration” in worry degree and practical condition had significant relation. 4. The renters’ house rental in worry degree and practical condition had significant relation. 5. The gender background variables for house rental in “safety consideration” value, practical condition and “lack of safety” worry, practical condition had significant affects for four dimensions of prediction, distinguishable ability, and distributive analysis.
