碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 運動休閒與管理研究所 === 92 === Abstract The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between work value and career development of the students in the Department of Recreational Sport. It was based on survey method,including topics about work value, career barrier, career exploration career identity.Here 752 questionnaires from syudents in the Department of Recreational Sport were valid. All the information was analyzed by MANOY, Multivariate stepwise regression. The major findings were included: 1. On the comparison of work value, only the variance of gender did achieve remarkable differences. 2. On the comparison of career exploration, only the variances of gender and family economy did achieve remarkable differences. 3. On the comparison of career barrier, all the variances achieve remarkable differences. 4. On the comparison of career identity, except the variance of grade background, the rest variances achieved remarkable differences. 5. Multivariate Stepwise Regression (1) Work value, career exploration and career barrier created anticipation to career identification (2) Work value, career exploration and career barrier created anticipation to career satisfaction. In conclusion, work value, career barrier, career exploration and career identity. did play a large part ,respectiuely or a whole,in identity of the students in the Department of Recreational Sport.
