Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 資訊教育研究所 === 92 === The objectives of this study are: (1) to develop a web-based system to support the implementation of peer assessment strategy in a teaching practicum course, and (2) to investigative how such a system helps students’ learning and promotes their reflection skills. The major functions implemented in the system include: uploading/browsing teaching materials, reviewing/assessing peers’ teaching videos, responding/discussing peers’ comments, and summarizing assessment results. In particularly, when students comment on a teaching video, the system allows them to label the teaching video to make their points specific. Thirty-six undergraduate students who enrolled in a teaching practicum course participated in the field-test of the system. Students were required to complete five teaching sessions with video recorded. Five round of peer assessment sessions were conducted by using the system developed. The field-test results indicated that: (1) students appreciated using the system and considered it an effective tool for sharing with and learning from peers, (2) students actively involved in the peer assessment sessions and their reflection skills were improved, and (3) students had better opportunities to evaluate and to reflect on their own teaching.
