In electric machinery experiments experiment most of the electrical engineering experiment trains to take a lot of time and the equipment price is expensive and maintains time long and the expenses is high and carry on the electric machinery experiment teaching according to the learning need of the learner not easily. This research reduces danger of the process of the experiment and the fault of the electric machinery equipment for promote the quality of the electric machinery experiments teaching, that Construction the electric machinery of operation experiment for real - time the guidance teaching system. This research draws up the electric machinery of a set of reality operation and virtual imitate to operate the experiment. The imitation of switch combine the actual electric machinery equipment to provide learner an operation of instant leading environment in reality operate environment. Make use of the technique of the virtual reality for operation experiment of the virtual imitate environment. Make use of the network program design to break restrict of time and location to carry on the distance learning. This research plays the role of teacher with the expert system. It is carrying on the direct and leading the experiment of electric machinery operation at any time for reaching the interactive electrical engineering operation the experiment the purpose of the teaching. The construction of system software program is design with Java. The main web page in electric machinery operation experiment teaching with the JSP, the JESS (Java Expert System shell) develops with the Java operates the expert system for the diagnosis and the leading.
