The study methods adopted were literature review, questionnaire and interview. The subjects included 135 students from 15 different countries. After taking census from the whole students, having a semi-structure interview for 4 students. The background items are the independent variables in the questionnaire, the dependent variables are the achievements of the learning Chinese. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, an ANCOVA technique, repeated measures and Pearson product- moment correlation. Conclusions were made as follows: 1. Gender and place of birth will not affect the learning achievement, but age, education level will affect it. 2. The interpersonal factor of the motivation will affect the learning achievement. 3. Using Chinese, Indonesian and Spanish at home or using Chinese, Indonesian, Spanish and Portuguese will affect the learning achievement. 4. The scores in the beginning and ending of a term have high related relationships. 5.
