Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 國民教育所國語文教育學碩士班 === 92 === The Purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between combined high school teachers'' perceptions of organizational change and their organizational commitment. It was conducted through questionnaire survey. The samples included 640 teachers at combined high schools, and the valid return rate 76.56%.
The statistical techniques were t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson''s product-moment correlation. The major findings of this study were as follow:
1. There were signences in the teachers'' perceptions of organizational change un teams of teachers'' gender, teachers'' civil state, school locality, school residence and schoolsize.
2. There were significant differences in the teachers'' rganizational commitment in terms of teachers'' gender, teachers'' tasks, teachers'' seniority, teachers'' civil state, school locality, school residence and schoolsize.
3. There is a significant positive correlation between teachers'' perceptions of organizational change and organizational commitment, the Pearson correlation coefficients.715.
Based upon these findings, tje researcher provideed the suggestions to improve teachers'' commitment toward their schools and educational bureau whole facing cchanges.
