Some called experimental groups are the student assigned mission according to eight kinds of strong intelligences, others called control groups are the student assigned mission with random selections, both groups execute the learning assessable experiment. According to our investigation:First, in accordance with strong intelligences assigning mission, it makes an evident influence on leaning achievement. Second, in accordance with strong intelligences assigning mission, it make some partial evident influence on leaning behavior of web. Third, in Web-Based Portfolios assessment, the learners, in accordance with the learners of strong intelligences assigning mission, their leaning behavior of web have forecasting function to leaning achievement partially.Fourth, to confer the learners according to strong intelligences assigning mission, the actual containing meaning of their learning assessable activities is known something to be implied such as learners’ learning-selves, making a self-examination, promoting informational ability, advancing the ability of solving question, paying back the appearance of improvement, the promotion expressible ability and connective ability, interactive learning and sharing informational contains of adding view and emulation.
