| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 資訊教育研究所教學碩士班 === 92 === The study aims to explore the result of communication about using agent skills. The methods in the study are as follows: 1) to design a groupware software; 2) to design agent system to bridge the lack of groupware software; 3) to promote the usage of designing agent system in practical way. The result of the organization skills from designing agents will be a basis for further studies in the future.
The data in the study were collected via 54 self-rated questionnaires. Statistics methods, like percentage, frequency, independent sample t-test were used to determine if the gender, occupation, service years will pose influence of the result of organization skills from agent system.
The main results of the study are concluded as follows.
1) Teachers agree that agents system can improve the organization skills.
2) The agents system could afford satisfaction and convenience to users.
3) School staff believes that agent systems will bring more use convenience and information than teachers, especially horizontal communication.
4) Teachers with these service years, 6-10 years, 11-20 years and more than 21years, believe that agent system will be more benefit in information than face to face communication.
The above finding shows that the agent sytem can promote organization communication.
