Summary: | 碩士 === 臺南師範學院 === 教師在職進修體育碩士學位班 === 92 === The main purpose of this study is to understand the present condition of physical education teaching attitude and physical education teaching efficiency of elementary school teachers of these days, discuss the relationship between physical education teaching attitude and physical education teaching efficiency of elementary school teacher, and understand whether physical education teaching attitude has predictability on physical education teaching efficiency.
In this study, we adopt questionnaire investigation method. The subjects of this study are the elementary school teachers that serve as the mother colony of physical education teacher in public and private elementary schools, where effective questionnaires is 625. The tool used is the 「investigation questionnaire of the relationship between physical education teaching attitude and the physical education teaching efficiency of elementary school teachers」. It includes three parts, basic information, physical education teaching attitude scale, and physical education teaching efficiency scale. According to the fill in results, we carry out data processing and analysis with statistics methods such as t test, one-way analysis of variance, moment-correlation, and multiple regression method, and etc.
The main results of this study are as follow:
1. The physical education teaching attitude and physical education teaching efficiency of elementary school teacher show middle degree. For the physical education teaching attitude, the 「teaching theory」attitude is the best, while the 「teaching will」attitude is the weakest. As for physical education teaching efficiency, the 「class management」 shows the best, while 「teaching evaluation」 shows the worst.
2. Different factors, such the elementary school teachers’ difference in gender, concurrent post, participation in sports guidance, school location and etc will cause significant difference in teacher’s physical education teaching attitude; while marriage status, teaching seniority, educational background, participation in physical education training, school scale and etc will not cause notable differences in teacher’s physical education teaching attitude.
3. Different factors, such the elementary school teachers’ difference in gender, marriage status, concurrent post, educational background, participation in sports guidance, school location and etc will cause significant difference in teacher’s physical education teaching efficiency; while teaching seniority, participation in physical education training, school scale and etc will not cause notable differences in teacher’s physical education teaching efficiency.
4. When the physical education teaching attitude level of elementary school teacher vary, its physical education teaching efficiency also has significant difference.
5. The physical education teaching attitude and physical education teaching efficiency of elementary school teacher has significant positive relationship.
6. The 「teaching environment」, 「teaching will」, 「teaching theory」of physical education teaching attitude of elementary school teacher define the physical education teaching efficiency of elementary school teacher significantly, which can explain 57.2% variance of the whole physical education teaching efficiency.
According to the above-mentioned study, this current study suggest further discussion, and provide suggestions and future study direction for education administrative organization, and physical education teaching of elementary school teachers.
