Systematic studies on the physical properties of the crystals were performed, including X-ray diffraction, sample characterization and magnetic measurement. According to the characterization analysis, the copper ion was not doped into the crystal which was suggested being partial doped to the ruthenium site and thus resulted in a superconductivity behavior. On the other hand, the Lead ion, which was come from the flux, may substitute into the lattice, and form a second phase which was indicated to be the SrRu1-xPbxO3 phase. The magnetic susceptibility data suggest that the crystal show ferromagnetic ordering at 140 K and antiferromagnetic ordering below 31 K.
