Summary: | 碩士 === 國立清華大學 === 工程與系統科學系 === 92 === This study intends to identify and analysis the dynamic characterization of single-phase disc-type ultrasonic actuators that include four of design invented by the Mirco Precision Mechanical Electronics (MPME) group at the National Hua University, therefore a suite of measure system is established in the thesis, it is to make the dynamic characterization of the analysis of MPME.
This research is mainly to implement system identification method and improved pseudo random binary sequence (PRBS) signal by software, it can be not to redesign of hardware circuit with identify different target, therefore to build up a measuring system can be planed and designed by user. The resonance and antiresonance frequency are measured by the HP4149, to build up equivalent circuit of the ultrasonic actuator. The ultrasonic actuating testboard is used by estimate performance each item property of ultrasonic actuator, the experiment result will be to verify and compare the property.
This text will be structuring a measure system that it is suitable to look for frequency and analysis dynamic property of ultrasonic actuator, it will be to replace the impedance analyzer, and this measure parameters can set by user in different identify target. The ultrasonic actuator is most optimal in entirely actuating capability and performance estimated aspect before a breach design method .
