The purpose of study is to realize the relationship among wetland conservation knowledge, attitude and the need of training .The main conclusions of this research were as follows. 1. Teachers did not score well in wetland conservation knowledge scale, especially for the wetland problem and basic wetland concepts. 2. Teachers’ wetland conservation attitude was active and positive. 3. Teachers needed more training of wetland conservation teaching. Outdoor experiences were adopted by most of them. 4. The variables such as sex, major, the wetland experience, age, and service time caused significant differences in wetland conservation knowledge. 5. The variables such as major, wetland experience, educational level caused significant differences in wetland conservation attitude. 6. The variables such as wetland experience, age and education caused significant differences in need of training. 7. Significant relationships existed between wetland conservation knowledge and The need of training, wetland conservation attitude and the need of training. Based on the conclusions and findings, the suggestions are proposed to the teachers, learning centers. Join environment protection group related with Wetland.Try to make wetland concepts involved in the course of training and outdoor education. Teach them according to the difference of their age and concepts. Put nature conservation concepts in the courses of teachers school.
