The research objects were Seventy-four healthy female students, 20-25 year old, the BMI value between 17-25, the height as 148-172 females without regular exercise and the congenital disease. The method of this research was to measure the research objects’ the lower limbs length. According to the lower limbs length, the thigh length and the shank length could be respectively divided into three groups, which carry on by 25 and 35 centimeters of platform in the step test. Data was treated with One-Way ANOVA analysis, and the conclusions are as following: 1. After 35 centimeters of platform on the step test, the cardiopulmonary endurance index can’t affect by the height, the lower limb length, the thigh length, the shank length factors. 2. After 25 centimeters of platform on the step test, the cardiopulmonary endurance index can affect by the height and the shank length, the cardiopulmonary endurance index was calculated by 0 -15 seconds, 1 minute -1 minute 15 seconds, 2 minutes -2 minutes 15 seconds restoration heartbeat and the cardiopulmonary endurance index was calculated by 1 minute -1 minute 15 seconds, 2 minutes -2 minutes 15 seconds, 3 minutes -3 minutes 15 seconds restoration heartbeat were affect by the height, but the shank length only affect the cardiopulmonary endurance index was calculated by 1 minute -1 minute 15 seconds, 2 minutes -2 minutes 15 seconds, 3 minutes -3 minutes 15 seconds restoration heartbeat. 3. Regardless of 25 or 35 centimeters of platform on the step test, its between the 0 -15 seconds and 1 minutes -1 minutes 15 seconds restoration heartbeat (r=.704, r=.701) as well as between the 2 minutes -2 minutes 15 seconds and 3 minutes -3 minutes 15 seconds restoration heartbeat (r=.805, r=.836) has the high relevance.
