| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立台北護理學院 === 聽語障礙科學研究所 === 92 === The goal of this research is studying on the therapeutic of stuttering. Using Integrated Approach combined “modification stuttering therapy and fluency Shaping Therapy. The stuttering is defined by the weighted formula which SLD parameter is greater than 4 when the patient speak 100 syllables of Mandarin. 17 stuttering adults are separated into two groups, the experimental group and the controlled group. The experimental group consists of 7 males and 1 female are average age 26.73(SD= 7.37). And the average age controlled group is 26.67, which consist of 5 males and 1 female (SD= 7.92). The members of experiments groups attended a two days workshop of 14 hours then participated 10 times group therapy of 25 hours, there were total 39 hours. And collected data including Locus of Control, Modified Erickson Scale of Communication Attitudes (S-24), quality of Communication Scale and self-evaluation. The Covariance method is applied in our data analysis. We found there are a significant difference between the interview SLD、WSLD after therapy and Follow up. The result of experimental group shows the therapy help to improve their stuttering. But Locus of Control, S-24, quality of Communication Scale and self-evaluation are not significances after therapy and follow up.
