碩士 === 國立台北護理學院 === 旅遊健康研究所 === 92 === Abstract World advanced countries like United States,Europe special population already receive the value and safeguard of the correalation unit by participating their travel rights and interests.Counter-view home,although the special population travel needs and motive increase rapidly,but we rarely found our outbound agency create and promote travel product in view of special population.Therefore, this research exploration was base on dialysis patient of Taipei area and correlation personel as the research object,through qualitative method by depth-interview and focus group interview to discuss the motivation and plan way and the important of tour leader and medical care personel service while traveling abroad of dialysis patient.The view point of senior outbound travel agency on the potential of dialysis traveler market inthe future. By using semistructe interview, triangulation and member checking method to enhance the dependability and rigorousness.Finally induce the reorganization discover that: 1. After return from travelling abroad, dialysis patient become mood open and increase the courage returns to the social work.They also achieve the esteem needs and self-actualization. 2. With the accompaniment of experience tour leader and medical care personel, dialysis patient acheive safety needs and increase their confidence and anticipation to travel. 3. Time and date of Dialysis is the first priority to consider for the entire plan of travel.Simultaneously, meal set up, accommodation, transportation and activity plan are different from regular tour arrangement. 4. Priority of choosing travel agency must be resposibilty, good reputation, offering good service, patient and the most important is must be specialize, well trainned and has the undertaking experience of dialysis patient to travel abroad. 5. Due the stable growth strong intention of travel, together with the multiplicator effect of accompanies traveler of dialysis patient, dialysis patient travel abroad was a potential and advantageous of niche market travel in the future.
