The Relationship on Leisure Participation and Job Stress of International Airway Commercial Aviation Pilots’ Mental-Physical Health — A Case Study in Taiwan

碩士 === 國立台北護理學院 === 旅遊健康研究所 === 92 === The research primary intention was to explore the relationship on leisure participation and job stress of international airway commercial aviation pilots’ mental-physical health in Taiwan. Total of 221 effective samples were collected with a self-administrated questionnaire- based on international carrier. The analysis are based on descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, factor analysis, stepwise multiple regression, and Pearson product-moment correlation. The major findings of this study are summarized as follows: 1. Various sex, age, education level, work period of service and work duties showed statistically significant differences in the leisure activity participation. 2. Various education level and work duties showed statistically significant differences in the job stress. 3. The leisure activity participation condition and the mental-physical health were positively correlated. 4. The job stress and the mental-physical health were negatively correlated. 5. The leisure activity participation condition and the job stress had predicative efficacy for the commercial aviation pilots’ mental-physical health. “Sport”, “recreation” and “ knowledge” and so on the leisure activity were helpful improvement to the healthy in mind and body condition; “workload” and “relationships” and so on two projects feeling bigger, the healthy in mind and body was worse. The above results have been discussed in the thesis and some suggestions are made.
