It also used minimum ownership cost which included fix cost and repair cost to analyze the optimal replacement life for machine.Total efficient samples are 1089 included 11 types of agricultural machines, such as rice transplanter, cultivator, and agronomic transporter etc. The results showed that average fuel consumption was 268 c.c./ps-h for rice transplanter, 259 c.c./ps-h for sprayer, and 412 c.c./ps-h for mower, 530 c.c./ps-h for sprayer, and 233 c.c./ps-h for agronomic transporter. Hypothesis testing result suggested that there were not significant difference between survey and recorded fuel consumption for MR805 rice transplanter, but significant difference existed among label, survey, and recorded data for W-16G agronomic transporter at 5% significant level.The regression analysis indicated that fix cost was a decreasing power function, while the repair cost was a increasing power function, and they contributed the ownership function as a U curve function.The optimal replacement life on minimum ownership cost basis was 13 years for rice transplanter, and 5 years for cultivator, mower, sprayer, and agronomic transporter.
