Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 土木工程系碩士班 === 92 === This study is based on the investigation of the bridges in the PingTung County and use several methods of the bridge inspection: DER&U (Degree ,Extend, Relevancy, Urgency) and ICI method to evaluate the condition of the bridges. It could be classified the bridges into four types and used as the priority for maintenance or repair. As the result of the investigation shown, 418 bridges in the PingTung County could be classified by the DER&U method. There are 295 bridges belonged to type Ⅰ ,81 bridges as type Ⅱ, 39 bridges as type Ⅲ and 4 bridges as type Ⅳ. From the result, there are 43 bridges (about 10%) needing further detailed investigation for the structural safety, 4 bridges have major structural problems and may result in danger for using. As the collected data shown, the budget and manpower to setup the database in the design and construction stage of the bridges was very poor. It means we still need to pay more attention and effort to improve such situation. With this study, we hope to quantitative the existing condition of the bridges and provide the information for maintenance and management purposes. If we know the bridges problem exactly, we can use the limited resources and expenses for bridge maintenance and avoid the accidents.
