Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 性別教育研究所在職進修專班 === 92 === This research is a qualitative research, focusing on further education,work, and motherhood of female graduate students, viewing what patriarchy affects sex through social system, and putting female life experience under the culture context to survey. Moreover, present the life experience of females with female standpoint and experience through feminine writing. In the process of the research, in addition to presenting the experience of, researchers also become research participants, joining the conversation of experience, having the relationship of the intersubjectivity, to show varied experience and mind course of females; rethink the relationship between multiple roles, obtaining growth ability of empowerment from it, and promote new views of academic researching fields. The conclusions of this research are as follows by combining analysis information: 1.Motive of further education is related to self-need. 2.Males are allowed to develop their ideals under this culture, but females have to seek subsistence between the motherhood and further education. 3.Further education brings the ability of growth, having more information and flexibility to face the working environment. 4.Self-displacement is the career with constant flow and change. 5.Self-displacement is affected by environment and personal traits. 6.Self-displacement of a wife pushes forward the growth of a husband, and promotes support system of a husband. 7.Obtaining employment may affect further education, but it is also the bridge of promoting self-actualization. 8.Further education makes specialty transfer to the motive power of seeking advancement. 9.A husband descries the growth from further education of a wife and changes the traditional ideas. 10.Busy further education alters the atmosphere of the family. 11.Further education brings empowerment to reverse the situation of motherhood. 12.Life experience of the female postgraduate shows from a heavy burden to an adjustment, and from integration to the accommodation of life reversal course after transformation. Further education will bring more abilities to accommodate the life in the future, and more subjectivity and mobility in the family and the occupation field. Researching process makes the researcher experience the essence and value of the qualitative research. As for the female on-the-job postgraduate, who holds a concurrent post of motherhood, her future plans of life are meaningful and worth researching.
