Action teaching information carriers are easy to use and promote the attention span of students in the classroom as well as cultivate their scientific literacy, achieving win-win conditions for both teachers and students. Teachers are more apt to use action teaching information carriers because of their greater convenience and ease-of-use. However, teacher’s familiarity with them and increased acceptance of using technology in the classroom may also be factors in teacher’s degree of acceptance of the action teaching information carriers. Further, environmental factors, such as a pedagogical organization that supports soft- and hardware coordination on-site may also exert a certain degree of influence on the amount of application of action teaching information carriers. In order to understand the junior high school teachers’ degree of acceptance concerning action teaching information carriers, this research integrates the five factors of technology acceptance model (TAM), motivational model (MM), job relevance, organization support, and the teacher’s personal compatibility towards the use of action teaching information carriers. Moreover, the research also compares and contrasts teachers’ degree of acceptance concerning action teaching information carriers in different teaching hours. Therefore, the integrated model proposed in this research intends to offer a complete analysis regarding the junior high school science teachers’ capability in employing action teaching information carriers.
