There can generalize two aspects from these collections of information literacy knowledge indicators, they are (1) teacher’s professional knowledge , (2) teachers use information tool to solve problems. Another side, using questionnaire investigation was just inquire about samples’ opinions, and can not explore the definition of concept. And further, information literacy knowledge contain such many wide items, that we first analysis the knowledge of information literacy via literature review. After all, by compare with researches and experiences between foreign and internal, and deliberate the theory of teachers’ classification, the information literacy knowledge indicators were drew. This study contains three times Delphi investigations, and revises these indicators in each questionnaire. There are 25 experts participated in the first Delphi team, the members included professors , school principals and teachers. Each questionnaire was design in half structure questionnaire for gather their options. After retrieve, the study give data process of statistics and quality analysis. Then express the data result on the next questionnaire, and enable more accurate comment consensus. The expected outcomes of this study were: teachers will be able to use the knowledge to solve problems that they have learned to enrich their current school curriculum. Finally, the study provides other researchers application and research aspects to build more useful information education system.
