Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 資訊教育研究所 === 92 === The Construction and Evaluation of Web-Based Learning Communities System In Vocational High School Abstract In this modern time of information technology, learning through the Internet has become a new trend. Teachers and learners as well, though in different times and areas, can take part in the activities of teaching and learning at the same time through the Internet, causing some alternations in teaching styles. This not only changes the ways that knowledge is presented but also the exchange of learning information, which in turn transfers and expands the teaching and learning settings from traditional, real classroom environment to an internet based, virtual learning world. The expansion of Internet learning platforms focuses mainly on developing class-giving system on the Internet and establishing Internet learning system in colleges. Though some education authorities have tried to integrate and establish Internet learning platform based on elementary curricula, the establishment of Internet learning based on high school curricula is less extensive than those at college level. Furthermore, this high school learning platform is not limited to a knowledge domain. It includes the interaction between teachers and students and teachers'' management of the courses and students. The purposes of this study are, based mainly on data gathered from the researcher''s school, to develop for information curricula a social group Internet learning system, and integrate with the class selection database of the school to update the curricular information and maintain the convenience of long-term management. First of all, according to relevant literature, this study analyzes and produces an internet based functional framework of social group learning system and implements an internet based social group learning platform. Finally, it undergoes system evaluation by Questionnaire Methods and analyses the datas presented by the students through Statistic-Analysis Methods. In terms of functions, this platform is divided into four aspects: Content of Curricular Information, Strategies of Curricular Interaction, Varieties of Teaching Materials, and Overall Quality of the System. The research results of these four functions show that users are satisfied after they use the system, and the supported learning styles are well recognized by users. It is also found that, learning satisfaction and effect of these four functions are conspicuously correlated. Hopefully, the results of this study can serve as a reference to the establishment of a curricular subsidiary learning platform in high schools, which in turn can integrate the existing databases on campus so that the purpose of knowledge sharing can be reached.
