spelling ndltd-TW-092NKIT56890342015-10-13T13:24:20Z http://ndltd.ncl.edu.tw/handle/16550126856781500634 Studies on Hydrochloric Acid Environment Corrosion and Protectionof Carbon Steel Materials 碳鋼材料在鹽酸環境下腐蝕防蝕之研究 Shin-Jhy Chiou 邱新智 碩士 國立高雄第一科技大學 機械與自動化工程所 92 Studies on Hydrochloric Acid Environment Corrosion and Protection of Carbon Steel Materials ABSTRACT Taiwan is located in a subtropical area﹒Owing to the relatively high temperature﹐humidity and salt content,Taiwan is subject to a corrosive environment﹒Adding the industrial pollution that gets more and more serious﹐the corrosion of the materials becomes progressively worse﹒In the petrochemical industrial regions particularly﹐the corrosiion of the metallic materials is much worse than that in other regions﹒Coating is adopted for most anti-corrosion maintenance work﹒If the coating system is designed and applied for maintenance when the corrosion state is not clearly identified﹐or the corrosion agents are not well-defined﹐or it is not clear if the materials are applicable or not﹐not only the anticipated effect can not be achieved due to the misuse of the coating or poor surface treatment that cause a huge waste of materials﹐but also irreparable engineering safety events are easy to occur because of serious corrosion inside despite the improved appearance after coating﹒This study is to investigate on the atmospheric corrosion behaviors and anti-corrosion capacity of the carbon steel material which are treated with different coating on surface through the tests conducted in a hydrochloric acid﹐actual exposure and immersion environment ﹒The experimental methods include actual exposure test﹐immersion test﹐visual observation﹐composition analysis﹐corrosion products analysis﹐and fracture surface observation﹒From the view of corrosion diagnosis﹐on the premise of anti-corrosion maintenance﹐this study evaluates and analysis the application of the anti-corrosion materials and puts forward the countermeasures in order to improve the durability of the structures﹒The results showed that the products adhered to the test pieces has accumulated with many Cl- agents﹒When the carbon ateel test piece with Cl- agents is placed in humid environment﹐the corrosion will attack its surface﹒For anti-corrosion maintenance﹐the super anticorrosion high zinc primer﹐wash primer and epoxy resin surfacer show good anticorrosion effect﹒ Jin-Bin Yang 楊俊彬 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 115 zh-TW
