A wireless communication system is a means to cut down the cost of maintenance, and improve the dilemma of the damage of communication cables due to the heat of factory plant. The works include specification, system design and integration, and evaluation. In this project, a module-design concept was adopted to construct this wireless communication system for an aluminum liquid metal feeder. The paper presents the hardware and software setup for this wireless communication system.
