| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 機械與自動化工程所 === 92 === The purpose of this paper is to apply the Delphi Software to the development of Remote Network Supervisory System on temperature of ovens. Deepthink I/O DDE Server is used as the main controller to save/retrieve data. The supervisory system includes self-designed Graphic User Interface (GUI), graphic virtual instruments (electric voltage, electric current, temperature), data collecting, trending display (current, historical), and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) I/O supervision, etc. The connection of industrial network and database enables the end-users to search or modify database server through the operation interface of browsers. As expected, the system can be promoted to the fields of e-commerce or public service information network.
This system has completed the simulation of supervisory control over simultaneous operation of various machines. The design can be adapted to different demands for factory or industry supervision.
