More and more industrialists start to devote to the application of this science and technology especially for the retail industrial. Due to the application and promotion of this science and technology, it will definitely affect the development of domestic industry. Thus, the present research is expected to help domestic industrialists understanding the hidden benefits of this science and technology early through the application of RFID system and relevant beneficial evaluations. In addition, with the help of this study, industrialists are able to devote to the application and exploitation of the system as soon as possible and enhance the international competitiveness of industrials themselves. However, it is not common of applying RFID system in domestic industrials. Therefore, this present paper will focus on the discussion of the application of RFID system in different industrials in terms of supply chains, manufacturers, distribution center, and retailers. In addition, this paper will provide the analysis and explanation of the reason why industrials adopt RFID system and its benefits of the applications. This research is expected to offer a reference for industrialists who are considering adopting this system. In order to present concrete beneficial application of RFID, this paper will adopt the use of simulation software. Moreover, according to the operating situation of a domestic CVS distribution center, this study will establish applied models of present operating mode and RFID operating mode. Then, this study will discuss the operating results and the change of the cost before and after adopting RFID system. Finally, with the present of the results of simulation, this paper provides the following conclusions and suggestions: 1.With the present of simulation’s results, the application of RFID system in the distribution center is obviously different from the present operating mode, such as the quality of stocks, the percentage of the use of storage space, the improvement of the percentage of order forms’ completeness and lack. 2.It is evaluated that it takes six year to receive the profit if RFID system is applied in distribution center. 3.The present adoption of Case-level can improve the operating effectiveness in CVS distribution center. Thus, it is suggested that domestic CVS distribution center should devote to the application of RFID as soon as possible to increase the effects of working.
