Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 環境與安全衛生工程所 === 92 === This research simulates the groundwater immediate sampling method of "the direct push technologies" by three different collection ways as "bailer", "check-valve pump " and "peristaltic pump". In the stable environment, pre-mixed and pick up two kinds of different densities volatile organic solutions to confirm the sampling has differential result between different density of volatile organic compounds (benzene and toluene), also compare the sampling's differential result between three groundwater immediate sampling ways.
The result analysis may induce following:
1. When the sampling of groundwater which contains the volatile organic, the perturbation of water can affect the sampling volatility. But in sampling process, the variation because the density or the sampling way different is not to affect.
2. The mixture which contains the volatile organic, its degree of volatility in the environment is far to be higher than each sampling way in the experiment. Also its degree of volatility depends on the different density of volatile organic compound.
3. The mixture which contains the volatile organic can be affected the degree of volatility by its Henry's constant.
4. When groundwater sampling, using the two collecting ways "bailer" and "check-valve pump" are better than "peristaltic pump".
5. The mixture contains two kinds or above the volatile organic compound, possibly can create the variation of sampling process.
