Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 資訊管理所 === 92 === To date, the extant literature has centered on the technology acceptance model (TAM) because it is arguably one of the most widely cited and influential models used for explaining the acceptance of IT. As the widespread use and company dependency on Intranet increase, this study examines the factors including corporate culture and memory in a volitional use setting by extending and enhancing the technology acceptance model (TAM). Given this shortcoming of literature, this study has proposed a relatively extensive set of relationships between culturally induced beliefs and specific implementation issues and has further suggested how different implementation approaches influence the core variables of the TAM. This study identified four dimensions of cultural variation: power distance, uncertainty avoidance, individualism and long-term orientation and two dimensions of corporate memory variation: e-learning and knowledge management.
