Summary: | 碩士 === 南華大學 === 資訊管理學研究所 === 92 === This study develops and evaluates a system based on a client-server architecture to help teachers construct their classroom management web sites without any programming skills.
Literature review, survey research , system development and evaluation analysis methodologies were applied in this study. The teachers in Chung-Pu Junior High School were given needs assessment questionnaire to induct the functions and programming guidance of a website which would fulfill their needs. The system development consists of five phases: analysis, design, development, testing and implementation.
In accordance with the teachers'' reflections and analysis on effectiveness of this system, findings of this study are summarized as follows:
1. With the guidance of this system, teachers reduce their fear toward web site design, and they can establish classroom management web sites which fit their needs.
2. With the assistance of this system, teachers reduce their anxiety and depression about classroom management troubles.
3. With the assistance of this system, the interaction between the teachers and the students is improved and increased.
The suggestions on system design, further research and instruction mode are also proposed as below:
1. System design: we can reinforce the system safety, expand the database structure, enrich the system flexibility to fit users’ needs and extend the functions of the system module.
2. Further research: we can enlarge the study sample and the period.
