Summary: | 碩士 === 國立花蓮師範學院 === 特殊教育教學碩士班 === 92 === The purpose of this research is to discuss and realize the opinion and reception attitude toward the young children with development delay from the pre-school educators as for the Inclusive Education in I-lan County.
The investigating method counts on 697 kindergarteners and nursery nurses in I-lan County to complete the research. The researcher develops the questionnaire “The Investigating Research of Pre-school Educators’ Reception Attitude Toward Inclusive Education in I-lan”. The result of this statistical analysis is according to the appearance of the mean、the standard deviation and the single element coefficient of variation from these questionnaire data.
The conclusion concluded from the analysis data and the opening questionnaires is as following:
1.Different “age”、”experiences of getting along with the mental retarded persons”、”teaching year”、“the classes in preschool teach”、”experiences of getting along with the mental retarded children” of the pre-school educators, these factors do not make any different reception attitude toward the young children with slow development in Inclusive Education.
2.The state of reception attitude toward the young children with slow development appears that the pre-school educators from university are superior to the educators from junior college or the preschool education department at senior high school.
3.Having the special education background, the preschool educators from university, they show out greater reception attitude toward the young children with slow development in inclusive education than those do not take the three special education credits, or those take the special education study for less than 54 hours, or those never take the concerned education study show out.
4.As for the reception attitude toward the young children with slow development in inclusive education, it shows that the preschool educators’ reactions are superior to the common teachers have in public or private nurseries, or the kindergarten ones at elementary school.
5.Most of the preschool educators regard that the “light level” students are the opponents being arranged for in inclusive education. However, it is not suitable for the heavy or extreme heavy level ones.
6.The obstacles of fulfilling the inclusive education for the preschool educators are: the lacking of the professional knowledge、the discorrespondent from parents、the unfittable environment、the lacking of the formula staff、the uncompleted policy declaration、and the unfulfilled teamwork…etc.
According to the result of the research, the researcher offers the suggestions to the schools、educational administers, and for the further studies in the future.
