To fulfill the stated purpose, delphi technique and questionnaire were applied in this research. The survey data were collected from 148 kindergarten teachers and 20 delphi specialist in Taiwan. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Chi-square test, Factor Analysis .The main conclusions of this study were as follows:1. Drafting this study of “ Kindergarten Teacher Evaluation Standard” are based on eight standards and 38items of index.2. Attendee of system designer, representative of kindergarten teachers and principal are affirmative praise to implement evaluation.3. The methods to evaluation are based on self-evaluation, mutual evaluation and primarily teaching portfolio .4. To apply the result of evaluation is formed achievement primarily and then concluded achievement supportively.5. The appropriate time to evaluation is twice a year.6. The administrative procedure to evaluation is to emphasize the concept provoking, procedure gotten done well and plural purposes.Suggestions based on the above conclusions were offered to the educational administration agencies, the kindergarten and teachers. we apply to our suggestion as follows:1. To choose evaluation standard shall consider the situation of each school thoroughly to meet reality.2. To select the faculty of shall be open, transparent and shall be training to keep from doing wrong.3.For fairness, justice and objectivity, the methods to collect information shall take plural collection and presentation toward different evaluation standard. lily Jiang 江麗莉 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 299 zh-TW
