The research reaches three purposes: 1) To investigate the contents and current situation of kindergarten evaluation. 2) To investigate the kindergartens opinions of kindergarten evaluation. 3) To propose advices for improving kindergarten evaluation and to be references for needs of the educational administration offices. In order to achieve this objective, a questionnaire survey was then conducted by mail to collect information on kindergartens viewpoints about kindergarten evaluation program of 2001 in Taipei county. The subject included fifty-eight kindergartens in Taipei County. Every kindergarten has two questionnaire, county and response rate of this study was 87.06%(101 from 116). The SPSS 10.0 statistics software was utilized to analyze the data of this research. The statistics measures comprised percentage, Chi-square test, and one-way ANOVA variance analysis. Qualitative analysis was used to analyze the respondent’ comments for all the open items in the questions. The conclusions of this research are as follow: 1. Kindergartens were generally agreed that kindergarten evaluation purpose of 2001 in Taipei county is implemented appropriately, but the evaluation purpose Ⅳ was lowest. 2. Kindergartens were agreed that kindergarten evaluation process included advance consulting, self-evaluation, on-site evaluation, follow-up consulting. 3. Kindergartens were agreed that kindergarten evaluation content can respond the current status of kindergarten, but it needed improvement how to display kindergartens characteristics 4. Many different roles participate the kindergarten evaluation process. The dialogue among these roles were important, that can influence the quality of kindergarten evaluation. 5. The viewpoint among different background characteristics was different. There were some questions to think over, including different administrative division, public and private kindergarten, different post, kindergarten experience. 6. Kindergartens were agreed that kindergarten evaluation of 2001 in Taipei county is implemented appropriately. But how to keep the evaluation function ordinarily, it is important issue. According to research of results, we will propose suggestion for kindergarten, administration and future researcher. Such as: 1)To establish self-evaluation ordinarily. 2) Every post of kindergarten can participate the evaluation. 3) To be on the initiative about the education policy. 4) To establish the system of evaluation committeeman duty. 5) To establish the system of the evaluation result. 6) To publicize the concept of kindergarten evaluation process. 7) To establish the meta-evaluation. 8)To make use of the evaluation result diversely. 江麗莉 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 130 zh-TW |
