Ministry of National Defenses implement precise real case and person who progress greatly in order to because of pursue high-efficiency policy and trend that decrease progressively year by year, national defenses of funds in conformity with government modernized management, reduce country''s officer''s strength by a wide margin, also increase each officer''s work load relatively, the performance characteristics combining with the officer and general social personage is far different, cause job stress time officer bear on usual. In country''s military organizes, the task goal of the main accounting personnel of comptroller and financial officer in the military unit, distribute and use the fund by helping the service bit to reach the administrative goal effectively in hundred billion national defenses budgets, all connect the indirect one with every unit of country''s military with have dense integral relations, so what job stress of seeking and solving accounting personnel, in order to use the human resources effectively, and improve country''s military''s whole working efficiency.
This research regards main accounting personnel of comptroller and financial officer in the military unit as the target and carries on questionnaire investigation, It probes into the reacting of the relation between the job stress source, management and result, and send out this research and send out 350 questionnaires altogether, 278 effective questionnaires, 96.2% of rate of recovery, the income materials are analyzed with description statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, multi-regression statistical method of analyzing etc. is examined, finding:
1. The greatest stress for accounting personnel is the feeling of transfer; secondly it is the stress of the problem of family and economy.
2. There are not obvious differences among different genders, married situations, educations, but obvious difference among official rankings, and working qualities.
3. In the impact on job stress result of the job stress source, cause the anxious'' reason, come form transfer, the ask of the job and the role; cause the melancholy’s reason, come from transfer, the problem of family and economy, leadership, and the ask of the job and the role; cause the tired reason, come from transfer, the problem of family and economy, and the ask of the job and the role; cause the turnover’s reason, come from the problem of family and economy, and leadership; cause the job performance’s reason, just come form the problem of the family and economy.
4. On job stress management, should adopt more control strategy, and symptom management strategy to solve job stress source impact on job stress result to express.
Finally, this research proposes the suggestion according to the conclusion of the positive research, as a means of collating and considering consulting as manpower resources management and accounting personnel of country’s military and follow-up researcher of national defenses.
