Various armament systems and the operational platform may the affiliation display a bigger potency by the information. But the whole says, various platforms each one independent work is unable the series which displays auxiliary multiplications to gather the war strength. Therefore, future at the national defense military affairs, how various platforms heterogeneous information system will carry on the conformity by way of the software tool is the present stage is worth the diligently topic. This research uses the Java language achievement to develop the platform, guarantees has high interoperation, and is more advantageous conformity of to the heterogeneous system. By way of union thing guidance programming language thing model and class, translator of the affiliation this research directly user after PSDL language examination, confirmation user of CAPS demand prototype , the direct transformation is the Java component.
