碩士 === 國防醫學院 === 護理研究所 === 92 === To evaluate the efficacy of previous video-based nursing education in hysterectomy. We selected 48 female patients those of 24 were performed video-based nursing education one day before the surgery of hysterectomy and the other 24 were set in comparison on the table of anxiety, body symptoms and marital satisfaction by the methods of chi-square, t-test, one-way ANOVA, pearson correlation coefficient and ANCOVA. The table have been shown that degree of anxiety are positive correlation between one day before the surgery and 8weeks after the operation, therefore, they are negative correlation of marital satisfaction both in social and physiological profile. Body symptoms are positive related closedly with anxiety but nothing related with marital satisfaction. It is obviously! The different occupational patient exists different body symptoms. In general. Regarding video-based nursing education in previous hysterectomy will upgrade the level of marital satisfaction as well as lessen the degree of anxiety during the hysterectomy. It’s also very useful for nursing personnals and patients as a well preparation in physiological and academic view during the surgery of hysterectomy.
