I2-stabilized lasers are also used as frequency standards for precision spectroscopic measurements and accurate determination of physical constants. We use the method of Double Pass Frequency shifter to measure the hyperfine splitting of iodine R(56)32-0 a1-a15. And made use of acousto-optic frequency shifter to reduce modulation width of laser,so we got absorption line of R(56)32-0 a10 directly。
