Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 教育研究所 === 92 === As a teacher of Home Economics in high school and a member of Taipei Home Economics Education Consultation Team, the research has devoted herself to the action research to clarifying the nuclear concept of Home Economics education, to designing the whole field of Home Economics teaching program and to promoting the projects of Home Economics Education Consultation Team. The results of the research will be as a reference to Home Economics Education and the Consultation Team. According to the developments and contents of Home Economics education, raising higher living quality is the nuclear concept of this research. Under the basis of multi wisdom theory and real contents of Home Economics education, it consists of four fields — ego, human relationship, working attitude and respecting nature, so that the learners will be educated from the inside of mind to the outside world, from human being to other living creatures. The researcher analyzed the spiritual contents and educational concepts of these four fields -- ego, human relationship, working attitude and respecting nature. Then she designed teaching programs, recorded learners’ activities and rechecked the progresses and results accordingly. The purpose of Home Economics Education is to help learners to increase new knowledge and to resolve the problems in everyday life. The researcher described the details of the Consultation Team. It includes visiting high schools, holding workshops, publishing Internet news …etc. She submitted the practical methods of how to raising the higher living quality and promoted it as the nuclear concept of Home Economics Education. She combined scholastic research and teaching experience to establish the confidence of teachers. She utilized the Consultation Team as a platform of exchanging experience and the Internet as an effective communication method.
