The first thing is to understand the facts of the “Education reform” in Taiwan and the vocational high school adjust their structures and transformation into comprehensive high school. This study analyze the performance of the“Community high school project”in Hualien and the“Schooling community project”in Kuang-Fu vocational high school. And also analyze the characteristics of the community near to the Kuang-Fu vocational high school. The last thing is to compare the planning and practical affairs of “Schooling Community project” in Taiwan, and finally to propose a practicable framework with the vision provide for future development. According to the research conclusion, the researcher would offer suggestions to the educational administrations, senior and vocational high schools and later researchers for reference. Through the literature review and case study, the researcher adopts observations method in the transformation of Kuang-Fu vocational high school and perform the“Schooling community project”. Further more, the researcher also interviews experienced principals and their administration officers in Kuang-Fu vocational high schools by a semi-structural way .The results are found as follows: 1.The trend of “Education reform” has changed from singular value into multi-learning environment; extend school-oriented project to community culture of lifelong learning. The Kuang-Fu vocational high schools must face the transformation opportunity. 2.“Comprehensive high school” has been a focal point due to the changing of the whole education environment. The decrease of students’ resources, and it has to be readjusted and transformed accordingly. According to the core issue of the“Curriculum reform”in comprehensive high school, perform the“Student resource community”and “Curriculum community”is helpful to the “Schooling community project”. 3.According to the needs of students and community for understanding our school transformation into comprehensive high school and perform the“Schooling community project”, we could handle the development orientation and achieve the goal of “Resources community ”. 4.The performance of “Schooling community project”is the practicable vision of our school. It is helpful to build the relationship between school and community for co-evolution and school development. 5.The experiences of“Holistic community building”and community characteristics are the fundamentality for performing“Schooling community project”, and also the key point to achieve the co-evolution relationship between school and community. 6.For perform the hopeful plan of “Schooling community project”and achieve the ultimate aim of “Student resource community, Curriculum community and resources community”, we must strengthen the relationship between school and community, integrate the resources and characters of community and junior high school, plan our school’ characteristic curriculum by the school base management, and facilitate the co-evolution relationship between school and community. That is the practicable model of “Schooling community project”in our school.
