Based on the related literatures and inquisition studies, the influence of Ultra-Lightweight Composite Panels is investigated to predict the variability and the time requirement of commercialization. Based on the investigation of market needs and organizational buying behavior, this research develops a framework to grant development strategies of varied products by associating the Innovation、Technology and Market (I.T.M), was employed and the Balachandra & Friar three-dimensional new product development model. The feasibility of this framework is also verified in this research.
