This research focuses on understanding how the individual background of public hospitals’ employees interacts with organizational culture and attitude toward organizational change. In addition, it tries to probe the relationship between organizational culture and attitude toward organizational change in public hospitals. Employees of the public hospitals in Hualian are subjects of interest. The research analysis is based on survey. The 485 questionnaires were distributed and 381 of them are valid (valid rate: 78.6%). Statistical techniques used for data analysis include descriptive statistics analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA, t-test analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The analyses are performed by using SPSS for Windows. Several key findings are as following: 1.There is a significant difference employees’ recognition in toward organizational culture among hospitals, sex, age, position, occupation, monthly salary, seniority. 2.There is a significant difference employees’ attitude in toward organizational change (privatization) among hospitals, sex, age, levels of education, position, occupation, monthly salary, seniority. 3.There is a significant difference employees’ attitude in toward organizational change(current status) among hospital, age, levels of education, marriage status, occupation, monthly salary, seniority. 4.Organizational culture has statistically significant impact on employees’ attitude toward organizational change (privatization). 5.Organizational culture has statistically significant impact on employees’ attitude toward organizational change (current status). The above findings will bring up some suggestions to health department and hospitals’ manager about the movement of organizational change of public hospitals. none 陳筱華 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 243 zh-TW
